Post 7. CARRER-RELATED AN EXPERT ON I FIELD

Academic Emmanuelle Barozet.

She born in France, studied Sociology and today she lives in Chile for academic work as a research fellow. She is a teacher of the social sciences faculty of University of Chile, where I am studying today. So, she was my teacher the last year on the course of contemporary society history. A very difficult course, but very good for my future academic career over the years.

Besides that, she is a principal research fellow of the Center for Social Conflict and Cohesion Studies (“COES” in Spanish). This a very relevant center, because it is collaborative of through writing and academic dissemination of studies about the social conflict in Chile and its impact in other fields of the society.

For many years she had specialize on studied subjects like social stratification and middle class in our country, two more relevant matter in one of the territories with more social inequality in the world.

I love her and I love her work. I admire her for all that she accomplished and for that I would love to be like her. I think that if one day I get be part of a very important center like COES, I will be extremely grateful for my sacrifice.
